This policy applies to all the information we collect using our website or using our SaaS application (Repricer AI). Repricer AI (REPRICERAI LIMITED) has the right to update this privacy policy or any other policies at any time and it’s your responsibility to review these policies.

We collect the personal information you disclose to us which includes your name, address, contact information, password, IP address, browser information, OS, device characteristics, referring URL, country, city, payment information (when provided) through our PCI compliant payment processor (they are not stored within our databases). We use this information to provide you service on Repricer AI software and also for our analytics, reporting, marketing. Some information that we collect (anything besides your name, address, contact information, Amazon merchant information, and payment profile) is shared with 3rd party vendor Google Analytics and Facebook Marketing platforms in order to display targeted advertisements to you.

We collect the information you disclose to us while registering to use our trial (name, address, contact information, password, payment information) and also information about characteristics of your computer system, referring URL, country, city. We use PCI compliant 3rd party payment processing system (“Stripe”) and we store your payment information only in Stripe, besides last 4 digits and expiration date of your card (which is stored in our database just to show you what is your active payment method)

Some information we collect (characteristics of your computer, geo-location and referral information, browser characteristics) are shared with our 3rd party vendor Google Analytics, Facebook Marketing (or any other website analyzing tools we could use in the future) to show you targeted advertisements on other platforms. Like many other websites, we are using cookies/browser local storage to track your activities within our application (Repricer AI) and to handle authentication.

After signing up, we import your sales reports (to display your sales quantities), product listing reports and FBA reports from Amazon. This information is not and won’t be disclosed to anyone without Repricer AI admin users and REPRICERAI LIMITED (which owns Repricer AI) to give you support when needed.

We share visitor information (IP Address, browser and computer characteristics, e-mail, and contact form submission content)  with Google Analytics, Facebook, HubSpot, ZenDesk, Square or any other tracking tool that we are or we may use in the future. Please read these tools’ privacy policies and terms of use if you have any concern as REPRICERAI LIMITED is not responsible for their terms and the service they provide. Besides that we can share data based on the following legal basis:

• If you have given us any consent to use your information for a specific purpose
• If it’s reasonably necessary to achieve our business interests.
• If we have entered into a contract with you (to fulfill the terms of our contract)
• If we believe it’s necessary to investigate/prevent/take action regards to potential violations of our policies or suspected fraud
• With any third party vendors that we work with who perform services for us or on our behalf and require to access to such information to do that work
• If we are going through any merger, sale of a company asset, financing, acquisition of all or a portion of the business to another company
• With any third-party advertising companies to serve ads when you visit our website or our application
• With our affiliates, or with our business partners to offer you products, services, or promotions

We may use cookies and similar tracking technologies like pixels to access or store information. We may transfer, store, and process your information in countries other than your own. Repladev Inc. or Repricer AI is not responsible for the safety of any of the information that you shared with us or third-party providers.

We collect your information for 365 days maximum and we can delete the information, logs that we collected from you any time. When you stop or cancel your subscription plan in Repricer AI, we delete all your information or anonymize it within 90 days. Upon your request to terminate your account, we will deactivate or delete your account and information from our active databases. However, some information may be retained in our files to prevent fraud, troubleshoot problems, assist with any investigations, enforce our Terms of Use and/or comply with legal requirements.
